So my brother is in a med supp, was off Medicaid for a while. But recently he reapproved for Medicaid, and the state is covering his Part B so this means no payments were withdrawn. Wondering if there anything I need to update or adjust on our end now that he has Medicaid again along with a drug plan and Med Supp?

That's good news about your brother getting re-approved!!
I think you should contact his Med Supp provider and inform them that he now has full Medicaid benefits.
Medigap plans are generally not needed when someone has full Medicaid.
Regarding his drug plan, didn't he get automatically enrolled in "Extra Help" with his re-approval??
If not, then contact your current part D plan to confirm this and ensure everything is coordinated correctly.
It's essential to clarify with all parties involved to avoid unnecessary premiums or confusion about who pays what.

Have you tried to call the Med Supp and drug plan providers? Just to update them on his Medicaid status. That's the only way they can adjust billing and check if he qualifies for Extra Help. It's not gonna happen if you don't contact them unfortunately.

Update his info with the Med Supp provider to show he's back on medicaid and that Part B is covered, sometimes that changes what they bill or pay, other than that, just keep an eye on statements for any mix ups now that medicaid is active again
